Each provider/clinician is liable for the treatment and advice and any such outcomes related to this including any that may result in accident, injury, poor health , death, financial loss or unlawful behaviour. This applies only to a service user who has accessed a specific providers/clinicians service. As such WWH and any other providers affiliated with WWH are not liable. The parties agree to arbitrate old streets and claims in regards to these terms and conditions, or any disputes arising as a result of these terms and conditions, with directly or indirectly, including tort claims that are a result of these terms of conditions. The parties agree that the arbitration act 1996, governs the interpretation and use of this provision. The entire dispute, including the scope and impossibility of this arbitration provision shall be determined by the perpetrator. This arbitration provision shall survive the termination of these terms and conditions.
Any arbitration under the terms and conditions will take place on an individual basis; classifications in class/represented/collective actions are not permitted. The parties agree that a party may bring claims against the other only in an individual’s capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any putative class, collective and/or representative proceedings, such as in the form of private attorney, general action against sarah.
